THIS IS WHAT YOUR JOB INVOLVES:
Representation of the chef in his absence, joint responsibility for the entire organization and planning of a smooth kitchen process.
Management of the entire kitchen team in cooperation with the chef.
Support of colleagues in all production positions and control of compliance with the company's internal specifications and standards.
Compliance with HACCP hygiene guidelines.
Guidance of employees for continuous development in the team.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Successfully completed chef training, with several years of professional experience.
Enjoyment of your profession and the products.
