As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the professional dispatch of application documents to site managers to ensure that legal requirements for safety and health coordination are met.
Your tasks:
Establishment of professional telephone contacts with site managers for sending applications
Ensuring compliance with safety and health coordination regulations
Training and familiarization with the HOAI (Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers) and construction-related topics
Contribute to the improvement of the usability (UI/UX) of our in-house app
Independent and analytical thinking for process optimization
Your profile:
Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Talent for telephone conversations and confident appearance on the phone
Willingness to familiarize oneself with construction-related topics such as HOAI and trades
Team spirit and excellent communication skills
Ability to solve problems and analyze independently
Valid NIE, Empadronamiento and Permanent Residency
