Junior Sales Team Lead (m/f/d)
As the first contact person and face of our new office in Palma, you will be jointly responsible for setting up and managing the newly created sales team. Our Junior Sales Team Leader (50%) leads his own team consisting of 5-7 sales staff (growth and further development to Senior Team Leader possible and planned in the future). 50% of the time, the Junior Sales Team Leader will take care of the tasks mentioned below. The other 50% he/she will work as a sales agent in day-to-day business. As a Junior Sales Team Leader, he/she reports directly to the Head of Sales and is in close contact with the other Sales Team Leaders.
The tasks in detail
You are the face and the point of contact of Selectra Germany in Palma and support the expansion of our work on site.
You coordinate everyday tasks of the office in Palma (team events, bureaucracy, etc.).
You monitor the technical equipment (setup for newcomers, ordering new hardware, etc.).
Coordination of the sales team
You are responsible for the daily monitoring of your team's sales activities.
You coordinate working hours, inquiries in our Slack group, etc.
You are the first point of contact for sales employees with regard to sales processes, back-office systems, tariff calculators, offers, etc.
You are the first point of contact for technical questions or problems.
Further development of the sales team
You give training and support the onboarding of new sales employees.
You contribute to the improvement of the sales team through regular exchange and feedback discussions (number of sales / turnover / quality).
You will help with training and tests on the introduction of new products.
You motivate your team anew every day to achieve the best possible results
Reporting & Back Office
You ensure the correct maintenance/handling of the after-sales process.
You explain and support the correct data maintenance.
You advise our customers by phone on their everyday questions about the electricity and gas market.
You help them to find the right energy contract thanks to your sales skills.
You are responsible for the administrative follow-up of your sales.
Requirements for the job
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
Leadership experience is an advantage
Sales experience in the call center is an advantage
Independent work and ownership for your own projects
Good communication and motivation skills
The ability to deliver feedback in a professional and objective manner
An eye for detail and fun in optimizing sales tactics
Proactivity and inventiveness
