Preparing and serving high-quality food in accordance with company guidelines.
Cleaning and organization of all work areas.
Preparation of the mise en place for the corresponding dishes.
Assistance in the timely, efficient and successful processing of guest requests.
Control of food quality and proper storage.
Taking into account the departmental goals and taking active measures to achieve them.
Collaboration in the inventory, notification of damage.
Maintenance and cleaning of all work areas and equipment.
Guarantee of house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Instruction of new employees.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Successfully completed chef or confectioner training, with professional experience.
Enjoyment of your profession and the products.
