After studying to become a teacher in French and sports, I made it my mission to bring others closer to the world of sport and exercise in order to develop a good body awareness.
Since 2007, I have been fascinated by yoga philosophy, so that in 2010 I started training as a Hatha Yoga teacher. I am fascinated by the healing effects of yoga, both physically and spiritually.
It helps practitioners to establish contact with their own body and mind.
Yoga can be anything and anyone can practice yoga, no matter what age you start.
For 2 years I have been living in the south-west of Mallorca and offer 1:1 yoga classes, which are individually tailored to the practitioner. I welcome you to our house in Sant Elm or come to your home, to your familiar surroundings.
